The Petitioner in this writ petition seeks for a direction to the Inspector General of Registrar, Odisha, Cuttack to dispose of the representation dated 27th May, 2022 (Annexure-1) directing the concerned authority not to register any conveyance deed in respect of the schedule of properties more-fully described therein. 3.

In course of hearing, Mr. Rayatsingh, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition to move the appropriate authority for redressal of his grievances. 4.

In view of such submission, this writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
