Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

The Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "(i) Directing the opposite parties more particularly to the Collector, Boudh (Opposite Party No.2) to consider the representation of the petitioner under Annexure-3 within the stipulated period and accordingly select her for the post of MBK (Master Book Keeper)".

He further submits that through highlighting his grievances, the petitioner has filed an appeal on 03.09.2021 under Annexure-3 to the Writ Petition before the opposite party No.2 but till date nothing has been done in the matter. In such background, he prays that a direction be issued to opposite party no.2 to

// 2 // take a decision on the above noted petition within a specific time period.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs opposite party No.2 to take a decision on the above noted petition in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order and communicate the result of such exercise to the petitioner.
