1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.

2. Heard.

3. In this Writ Petition, the petitioner challenges the approved list of Level-V (B) Elementary Teachers promoted to the rank of Level-IV Graduate Teacher of the year 2022 issued by the opposite party No.3- District Education Officer, Jajpur without considering the provisional gradation list which was forwarded by the opposite party No.4-Block Education, Dasarathpur.

4. After arguing sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has submitted a representation to the opposite party No.3- District Education Officer, Jajpur through the opposite party

// 2 // No.4-Block Education, Dasarathpur ventilating his grievance which is pending since 05.07.2022.

5. In that view of the matter, the opposite party No.3District Education Officer, Jajpur is directed to take a decision on the representation of the petitioner and dispose of the same within a period of one month from the date of presentation/ submission of a certified copy of this order along with a copy of the Writ Petition.
