Heard Ms. S. Das, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. D. Nayak, learned Additional Government Advocate. 2.

According to Ms. Das, the petitioners are aggrieved by the non-implementation of the order under Annexure-1 passed by the Presiding Officer; Labour Court, Bhubaneswar in Industrial Dispute Misc. Case No.21 of 2019.

Mr. D. Nayak submits that for the said purpose, the petitioners should have made a motion before the Labour Court which could have transmitted the order under Annexure-1 to the appropriate civil court for executing the said order as has been indicated in Sub-Section 10 of Section 11 of the Industrial Disputes, Act.

In such background, Ms. Das submits that liberty may be granted to the petitioners to move the Labour Curt for transmission of the said order to an appropriate civil court for its execution.

Considering the submissions made, this writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioners to move the Labour Court, Bhubaneswar in an appropriate manner under the provisions of the above noted Act.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
