This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

None appears for the Petitioners at the time of call, so also no one had appeared on the last two dates on 14.11.2022 and 22.09.2022. Further, on last date the Petitioners were given a chance to take fresh steps for issuance of notice against the O.P. No. 2, but the Petitioners have failed to avail such chance today. 3.

In view of the aforesaid facts, it pre-supposes that the Petitioners are not interested to prosecute the matter. 4.

Hence, this CRLMC is dismissed.
