Heard learned counsel for the parties.

3. In this writ petition, the petitioner has challenged the order dated 18.07.2018 passed by the Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack in O.A. No.2942 (C) of 2015 rejecting the prayer of the petitioner to quash the order of recovery.

4. It is contended that the present writ petition is squarely covered in terms of the order of this Court passed in W.P.(C) No.23931 of 2017 (State of Odisha v. Ashok Kumar Mahapatra and another) disposed of on 04.04.2022, and as such, the present writ petition may be disposed of in terms of the said order.

5. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of the judgment of this Court passed in W.P.(C) No.23931 of 2017 (State of Odisha v. Ashok Kumar Mahapatra and another) disposed of on 04.04.2022.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
