Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The Petitioner is an accused in connection with G.R. Case No.851 of 2022 arising out of Khallikote P.S. Case No. 354 of 2022 pending on the file of learned JMFC,Khallikote, registered for the alleged commission of offence under Sections 399/402 of the I.P.C. read with Sec. 25(1-B)(a) of the Arms Act and Section 4 & 5 of the Indian Explosive Act. 4.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s 439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Khallikote, by order dated 13.07.2022 in Bail Application No. 173 of 2022, the present BLAPL has been filed 5.

Perused the order of rejection.

Taking in account the release of the co-accused by order dated 28.07.2022 in BLAPL No. 6495 of 2022, this Court directs

the petitioner to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the learned court in seisin over the matter.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
