This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioners that they are apprehending arrest in connection with a matrimonial dispute. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioners that Petitioner No.1 is the husband and Petitioner Nos. 2 to 6 are the members of the husband family.

Further, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioners that they are apprehending that the daughter in law might lodge F.I.R. against the Petitioner making allegation under section 498-A of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

However, considering the fact that F.I.R. has not been registered I am not inclined to entertain the bail application. This ABLAPL is disposed of with a direction to the Police that in the event any F.I.R. is lodged under section 498-A of the Indian Penal

// 2 // Code and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act the mandatory provisions of section 41-A of the Code of criminal Procedure shall be complied with.

With the aforesaid observation, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.
