Petitioner has the following prayer :- "It is therefore prayed that your Lordships would graciously be pleased to direct the opp. Parties for reimbursement of expenditure of Conference Bill within a stipulated time.
And / or pass any other order/orders, direction/directions to these Opp. Parties for payment of Conference Bill expenditure;"

Learned counsel for the Petitioner stresses the claim involved herein on the basis of some communication made to the Petitioner being a student to attend a foreign conference. Learned counsel for the Petitioner urges that though the Petitioner was assured to be reimbursed with all expenditure after returning from the foreign conference, however in spite of submission of all bills by the Petitioner and also even after submission of a representation, there is no consideration of the request of the Petitioner in the matter of reimbursement/payment of conference bill.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for Petitioner, though there is no document in this Writ Petition showing the Petitioner has been asked to attend a foreign conference subject to reimbursement of expenditure, however this Court finds, in this regard the Petitioner has submitted a representation vide Annexure-1 and the communication vide Annexure-2 further discloses that there has been forwarding of the representation by the Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Expenditure and pending consideration. This Court, therefore, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case simply observes, if the representation at the instance of the Petitioner on the above aspect being forwarded vide Annexure-2 is still pending consideration, there should be showing of finality to the same within a period of one & half months from the date of communication of a certified copy of this order by the Petitioner. Result thereof shall also be communicated to the Petitioner immediately thereafter. 4.
The Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above order. 5.
Free copy of this order be handed over to the learned DSG of India for Odisha.
