Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is an accused in T.R. Case No.44 of 2020, pending in the file of learned Additional Sessions Judge-cumSpecial Judge, Koraput, arising out of Nandapur P.S. Case No.54 of 2020, offence under Sections 20(b)(ii)(C)/25/29 of NDPS Act. 4.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-cumSpecial Judge, Koraput, by order dated 30.06.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed. 5.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the bail application. Accordingly the BLAPL stands disposed of as withdrawn.

Since the petitioner is in custody since 27.07.2020, learned Court in seisin is called upon to expedite the trial.
