This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Order No 2.

Heard learned counsel for both the Parties.

The present Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "(i). Directing the Opp.Parties to pay her gratuity by calculating from her initial date of appointment i.e. from 06.01.81 at earliest as per clarification dtd.31.07.2019 as Annexure-7".

Taking into account the nature of claim made in the Writ Petition and the prayer made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner, the Petitioner is permitted to make a representation before Opp. Party No.3 within a period of 15(fifteen) days from today.

It is observed that if such a representation is filed by the Petitioner ventilating his grievances, the same shall be considered by Opp. party No. 3 in accordance with law and also taking into account the order passed under Anenxure-7. The

// 2 // entire exercise shall be completed within a period of 3(Three) months from the date of receipt of such representation. 6.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
