Pursuant to the direction of this Court, learned counsel for the State obtained instruction from the concerned Investigating Officer that the present petitioner has not been named in the charge-sheet and no materials found to implicate the present petitioner in this case.

As such there is no apprehension of arrest, accordingly, the bail application stands disposed of.
