Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

On the self-same issue, it appears Petitioner has made a representation vide Annexure-2 to Opposite Party No.4. This Court finds, the Writ Petition at this stage is premature. Thus, disposing the Writ Petition as not entertainable at this moment, this Court directs Opposite Party No.4 to look into the request of the Petitioner vide Annexure-2 and take a lawful decision by completing entire exercise within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of certified copy this order by the Petitioner.
