This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is an accused in C.T. Case No.371 of 2022, arising out of Bhawanipatna Sadar P.S. Case No.115 of 2022, on the file of learned SDJM, Bhawanipatna, under Sections 341/294/323/325/307/506/34 of the I.P.C.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-cumSpecial Judge,Vigilance,Bhawanipatna, by order dated 08.07.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed. 5.
Perused the order of rejection.

Learned counsel for the petitioner places 161 Cr.P.C. statements of one Kunja Rana (injured), Ambu Rana and Gandhar Rana

Taking into account the nature of allegation and keeping in view the manner of assault and considering that the petitioner is in custody since 18.05.2022, this Court directs the petitioner to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the learned Court in seisin over the matter with condition that petitioner shall appear before the jurisdictional Police Station of the court once every 10(ten) days till conclusion of the trial.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
