This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is an accused in G.R. Case No.600 of 2022 pending in the file of learned S.D.J.M. Athamallick arising out of Thakurgarh P.S. Case No.159 of 2022, offence under Sections 498A/342/307/34 of IPC read with Section 4 of the D.P. Act and is in custody since 04.07.2022.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Athamallik by order dated 14.07.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Taking into account that charge sheet has already been filed in the case at hand, this Court directs the petitioner to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the learned Court in seisin over the matter.

Additionally, it is directed that the petitioner shall appear before the jurisdictional police station once every month till the conclusion of trial. Certification of such appearance shall be submitted to the learned Court in seisin over the matter and shall no way try to intimidate the informant and her family. 7.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
