01. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.

2. Heard Mr. Bisoi, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. A.P. Das, learned ASC appearing for the Opp. Parties.

3. Considering the prayer made in the writ Petition, this Court while disposing the writ Petition, directs O.P. No. 2 to conclude the proceeding initiated against the Petitioner on 01.03.2014 under Annexure-1 within a period of six (6) months from the date of receipt of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
