Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

The Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "(i) Mandamus directing the opp. party nos.3 and 4 for issuing appropriate orders approving the post and services of the petitioner who is continuing against the post of Assistant secretary since 10.06.2011 as she satisfied all the eligibility criteria to get such approval so as to make her eligible for participating in selection process for the post of Inspector of Cooperative Societies under the selection quota".

He further submits that through highlighting his grievances, the petitioner has filed an appeal on 02.12.2021 under Annexure-7 to the Writ Petition before the opposite party No.4 but till date nothing has been done in the matter. In such background, he

// 2 // prays that a direction be issued to opposite party no.4 to take a decision on the above noted petition within a specific time period.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs opposite party No.4 to take a decision on the above noted petition in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order and communicate the result of such exercise to the petitioner.
