This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is accused in Koksara P.S. Case No.54 of 2022 corresponding to C.T. Case No.155 of 2022, pending before the learned S.D.J.M., Dharamgarh, for the alleged commission of offences under Sections 363/376(2)(a)/294/506/34 of IPC. 4.

Being aggrieved by the Rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Dharamgarh, by order dated 07.07.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Perused the 164 Cr.P.C. statement.

Taking into account the period of custody since 14.03.2022 and filing of charge-sheet and the nature of allegations, this Court

directs the petitioner to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the Court in seisin over the matter.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
