This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

None appears for the petitioners at the time of call. 3.

On perusal of record, it is found that on 10.01.2017, it was directed by the Deputy Registrar (Judicial) that the defect pointed out by the Stamp Reporter be removed. But till date, defect has not been removed.

In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to grant further time to remove the defect. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed for non-compliance of the order dated 10.01.2017.
