This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

None appears for the petitioner at the time of call so also no one had appeared on 12.10.2022.

The petitioner by way of an application U/S. 482 of Cr.P.C. has sought for to quash the order passed on 20.03.2012 by learned J.M.F.C., M.Rampur in 1.C.C. No. 4 of 2012. The order impugned in this case has been passed way back in the year 2012 and in the meantime ten years have passed.

In view of such development, especially when no one had appeared to move the CRLMC today and on last date, this Court feels it proper to dismiss the CRLMC. Accordingly, the CRLMC is dismissed. ( G. Satapathy) Judge Kishore
