Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this bail application with liberty to move the learned Court in seisin, after examination of the material witnesses. 5.

Giving such liberty, the BLAPL stands disposed of as withdrawn.

It is needless to state that if such an application is filed, the same shall be considered on its own merits without being influenced by the earlier order also keeping in view the conduct of the petitioner that he did not misuse the trust reposed in him by this Court.
