None appears for the petitioner at the time of call. It appears from the record that the petitioner was directed to surrender before the Court in seisin of the case in terms of the order passed by this Court on 30.06.2022 but till today no surrender certificate has been filed before this Court.

In view of the aforesaid development, especially when no one is present to move the bail application today, the BLAPL stands dismissed with a request to the learned Court in seisin of the case to proceed against the petitioner and surety in accordance with law. ( G. Satapathy) Judge Subhasmita
