2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner.

3. The present Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:

"To direct the Opposite Party No.6, B.D.O, Lanjigarh for production of the Petitioner's drawal payment particulars for the period from 21.10.2006 to 29.2.2008 and 3.11.2008 to 31.12.2014 for release of arrear salary of the petitioner before eth Executive Engineer, Kalahandi.

And further be prayed to direct the Opp. party No.5 to release the arrear salary of the petitioner as per the judgment passed by the Hon'ble O.A.T, Cuttack Bench Cuttack in O.A.

No.379 (C ) of 2010 vide Annexure-4."

Taking into account the submissions made, the Petitioner is permitted to make fresh representation before Opp. party No.6 in that regard within a period of three weeks from today.

It is observed that if such representation is filed by the Petitioner ventilating his grievances, the same shall be considered by Opp. party No.6 in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the representation.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
