This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Order No 2.

Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

3. The Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "(i) To release regular pension of the petitioner within a stipulated time.

(ii) To release the DCRG amount of the petitioner with statutory interest within a stipulated time. (iii) To release the balance unutilized leave salary with appropriate interest (18%) within a stipulated time.

(iv) To sanction and release the commuted value of pension as admissible.

(v) To sanction and release the third RACP with grade pay of Rs.5400/- w.e.f. 04.03.2011 i.e. w.e.f. 01.01.2013, the date from which the RACP Scheme is applicable to the State Govt. employees.

(v) To sanction and release the appropriate interest for the arrear dues after finalizing the 3rd R.A.C.P as prayed for".

He further submits that through highlighting his grievances, the petitioner has filed an appeal on 12.05.2022 under Annexure-7 to the Writ Petition before the opposite party No.1 but till date nothing has been done in the matter. In such background, he prays that a direction be issued to opposite party no.4 to take a decision on the above noted petition within a specific time period.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs opposite party No.1 to take a decision on the above noted petition in accordance with law within a period of one month from the date of production of certified copy of this order and communicate the result of such exercise to the petitioner.
