1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.
2. Heard.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's mother was serving as a Peon in Barabati Girls High School, Barabati, in the district of Balasore. While serving as such, she died on 17.09.2016. After death of her mother, the petitioner being an unmarried daughter and other daughters of the deceased employee have already got married, she is entitled to receive family pension of her deceased mother. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that despite her representation to the opposite party No.5- Principal Accountant General (A & E), Odisha, Bhubaneswar, the same is still pending
// 2 // since 20.01.2022. But the same does not bear any proof of submission of the representation before the authority.
4. Hence, the petitioner is granted liberty to file a fresh representation before the appropriate authority for redressal of her grievance within a period of fifteen days from today. If such a representation is filed before the appropriate authority within the time stipulated, the same shall be considered and disposed of by passing a reasoned order in accordance with law taking into account the Annexure-4 within a period of one month thereafter.
