Heard Mr. A. Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. S. Mishra, learned Additional Standing Counsel. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner, who is the informant in connection with Baliapanda P.S. Case No.22 dated 11.2.2022 registered for commission of offences under Sections 200/ 205/ 217/ 218/ 403/406/409/428/465/469/489/471/420/506/467/120-B/34, I.P.C. has filed a petition on 9.5.2022 before the learned S.D.J.M., Puri making certain prayers, however, the same has not yet been taken up. In this connection, he relies on the decisions of the Supreme Court in the cases of Sakiri Vasu v. State of U.P. & others reported in (2008) 2 SCC 409 and Sudhir Bhaskar Rao Tambe v. Hemant Yashwant Dhage and others reported in (2016) 6 SCC 277 prays that a direction be issued to the learned S.D.J.M., Puri to take a decision on the above noted petition within a specific time period.

Considering the submissions made and without
// 2 // expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs the learned S.D.J.M., Puri to take up the above noted petition within a period of four weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order and make an endavour to dispose of the same in accordance with law. 4.
The CRLMP is accordingly disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy of this order on proper application.
