Petitioner appears in person and submits, by his earlier writ petition (W.P.(C) no.19545 of 2021) he had obtained direction upon the District Consumer Redressal Forum for early disposal of Consumer Case no.7 of 2018. To that end, petitioner withdrew his earlier writ petition. He has now again moved Court with same prayer, for earlier disposal. 2.

Ms. Pattnaik, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of opposite party no.1.

The Forum is requested to expeditiously deal with Consumer Case no.7 of 2018. Petitioner is at liberty to produce this order before the Forum. The Forum may thereafter direct the parties to appear before it, for its

// 2 // expeditious disposal. Petitioner's submission is recorded that pleadings are completed. In circumstances aforesaid, Court has not directed issuance of notice but, expects that the Consumer Case will be disposed of within six weeks from date.

The writ petition is disposed of.
