This writ petition involves the following prayer:- "The petitioner, therefore, prays that Your Lordship would be graciously pleased to admit the case call for the records and after hearing the parties allow the same, issue writ in nature of mandamus/ certiorari and/or any other/further writ/direction directing the Opp. Parties not to construct the "Anganwadi Center building" in respect of Koilasahi Anganwadi-2 Center under the Jaleswar ICDS Project over a deity's property and endeavor be made to construct the same over a unobjectionable suitable public land."

Considering the submissions made by the parties and as a representation at the instance of the Petitioners on the selfsame issue is still pending before the Collector, Balasore, this Court directs the Collector, Balasore to consider the representation at the instance of the Petitioners vide Annexure-3 (series) and take a lawful decision in the matter taking into account the grounds stated in this writ petition

The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of one & half months from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition by the Petitioners.
