Petitioner through the writ petition claims for working out of the appeal order involving Annexure-3. This Court in disposal of the writ petition observes provided there is no legal impediment by way of obstruction in working out such order by higher forum, the order at Annexure-3 must be worked out by the concerned authority within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of certified copy of this order.
