This writ petition involves the following prayer:- "Therefore in the facts and circumstances of the case stated above the petitioner most humbly prays before this Hon'ble court and your lordships may be pleased to direct the state authorities to sanction and release the Grant-In-Aid in favour of the petitioner Baladevjew Sevashram for the year 2019-20 and 2020-2021 and 2021-2022 and for the current year 2022-23 since it is a Child Care Institution and 35 children and the staffs of the entire institution requires the Grant-In-Aid for their maintenance and survival and accordingly the representations under Annexure-11 series may kindly be considered and a writ of mandamus or any other writ may kindly be issued.
Any other orders/ directions may also kindly be issued in favour of the petitioner."

Considering the submissions made by the parties and as a representation at the instance of the Petitioner on the selfsame issue is still pending before the Principal Secretary, W. & C.D. Deptt.,
// 2 // Govt. of Odisha since April, 2022, this Court directs the Principal Secretary, W. & C.D. Deptt., Govt. of Odisha to consider the representation at the instance of the Petitioner vide Annexure-12 (series) and take a lawful decision in the matter taking into account the grounds stated in this writ petition so also the documents appended thereto and also involving the Petitioner. 3.
The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition by the Petitioner. 4.
