1. The auction purchaser is before this Court, inter alia seeking Order No.

a direction to the Bank/Opposite Party No.1 for either refunding the entire sale price offered by the petitioner at the time of purchase of secured asset in a public auction held in the year 2014 or executes the sale deed along with delivery of actual physical possession.

2. At the time of hearing, counsel for the parties are agreed that the present writ petition has become infructuous, in view of the bank having executed sale deed dated 11.11.2022 along with possession in favour of the petitioner-auction purchaser.
