This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction for early admission of Revision Petition No.513 of 2018 pending before the Commissioner, Consolidation & Settlement, Odisha, Cuttack. 2.

Considering the submission of learned counsel for the Petitioner this Court in disposal of the writ petition directs in the event the Petitioner files a memo before the competent authority for early admission of the matter within a period of seven days hence, the same shall be entertained and necessary steps shall be undertaken for admission of the Revision Petition No.513 of 2018 within a period of one month thereafter.
