2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition with the following prayer:- "This Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to direct the opposite parties to sanction regular pension and other pensionary dues as per OCS (Pension) Rules date retirement by regularizing the service of the petitioner taking into account the orders as at Annexure-4 series, 5,6,7 & 8 series.

This Hon'ble Court be pleased to direct the opposite parties to pay the arrears financial dues with interest."

The Petitioner has moved before Opposite Party No.1 seeking redressal of his grievances as made in the representation under Annexure-9 to the Writ Petition.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs Opposite Party No.1 to take a decision on the above noted representation

// 2 // of the petitioner in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and communicate the result thereof to the Petitioner.

With the aforesaid observation and direction the Writ Petition is disposed of.
