Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is an accused in G.R. Case No.419 of 2018, on the files of learned S.D.J.M., Banki arising out of Banki P.S. Case No.312 of 2018, under Sections 498(A)/304(B)/302/34 of IPC and he is in custody since 03.07.2021.

Since the trial is continuing, this Court is not inclined to entertain this application at this stage. The learned court in seisin over the matter is called upon to conclude the same within a period of two months from the date of receipt/production of the copy of this order. 5.

The BLAPL stands disposed of accordingly.
