Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

The Writ Petition involves the following prayer:- "The Petitioner therefore, prays that your Lordships would be graciously pleased to admit this Writ Petition, call for the records and after hearing the parties allow the same, issue writ/writs in the nature of certiorari/ mandamus and/or any other further writ/direction and direct the Opposite Parties to recover the Covid-19 financial assistance amount from the Opposite Party No.4 and disburse the same so far as the Petitioner is concerned within a stipulated period.
And for this act of kindness, the petitioner shall as in duty bound ever pray."

Considering the grievance involved herein and as this Court finds on the self-same issue requests of the Petitioner being the mother of a dead Police Personnel already pending for consideration of the Collector-cum-District Magistrate, Puri as well as the Superintendent of Police, Puri at pages-19 & 20 of the brief. Keeping the above in view, this Court disposes of the Writ Petition directing the Collectorcum-District Magistrate, Puri- Opposite Party No.2 and the Superintendent of Police, Puri- Opposite Party No.3 are directed to
// 2 // jointly take decision on the request of the Petitioner also keeping in view the plea taken in the Writ Petition. Action as desired to be completed within a period of one and half months from the date of communication of this order by the Petitioner. 4.
This Court considering the claim on entitlement of family members observes the person on receipt of the entitlement, if any, in the meantime will be simply a custodian of such amount and it is ultimately up to the discretion of the parties to raise and agitate such issue and get the same and adjudicated by the competent court of law. 5.
