G.R.Sethi, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr.A.P.Das, learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State- Opposite Parties.

Pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 21.09.2022 the President Sri Upananda Purohit, District Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission, Sonepur appeared before this Court in person and files an affidavit. In the said affidavit, it has been indicated that after due fixation of the salary of the Petitioner, the salary up to July, 2022 has been disbursed in the meantime in favour of the Petitioner.

It is also undertaken that henceforth the salary of the Petitioner shall be released regularly by the District Forum with due coordination of the Civil Supplies Officer, Subarnapur.

Mr. Purohit also tendered his unconditional apology for his alleged behavior in Court today. While deprecating such conduct, the Writ Petition is disposed of with an
// 2 // observation that the salary of the Petitioner shall be released regularly and the salary for the month of August and September, 2022 shall also be released within a period of fifteen (15) days from today.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. The personal appearance of President of District Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission, Sonepur is dispensed with.
