This Contempt Petition involves non-compliance of this Court's orders dated 01.11.2021 & 21.04.2022 passed in W.P.(C) No.27261 of 2021.

Considering the serious allegation involved herein and keeping in view the direction of the Writ Petition but however treating to be a First Contempt, this Court hopes and expects that the order of this Court passed in W.P.(C) No.27261 of 2021, if not worked out in the meantime, shall be worked out within a period of one month from the date of service of copy of this order by the petitioner but however, involving the present incumbent, provided there is no legal impediment otherwise. It is made clear that in the event the order of this Court is not worked out within the time stipulated herein above, it will be construed to be deliberate violation of this Court's order.
