This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement (virtual/ Order No.

physical) mode.

During course of hearing, learned Counsel for the Petitioners prays for withdrawal of this bail application in respect of the Petitioner No.1, since the Petitioner No.1 has expired in the meantime. Accordingly, this application stands disposed of as withdrawn in respect of Petitioner No.1. The ABLAPL is now confined only to Petitioner Nos. 2 to 5; hereinafter referred to as 'the Petitioners'.

Heard learned Counsel for the Petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

Considering the submissions and on going through the nature of accusations; further keeping in view the surrounding circumstances of the case as also concerning the Petitioners and in the absence of any other impediment, it is directed that in the event the Petitioners surrender before the Court in seisin of the case in Bhubaneswar Mahila P.S. Case No.15 of 2020 corresponding to C.T. Case No.1187 of 2020 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Bhubaneswar within three weeks hence and move for their release on bail, they shall be released on bail on such terms

// 2 // and conditions as would be deemed just and proper by the said Court with further condition that they will not indulge themselves in any criminal activity.

The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
