2. Learned counsel for the Appellant submits that by efflux of time the prayer made in the I.A. has become infructuous.

2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the Parties.

3. This is an application for modification of the order dtd.14.03.2022.

4. In the order dtd.14.03.2022, this Court while disposing the matter directed for payment of interest @ 6% from the date of passing of the order by the learned Tribunal i.e.10.03.2017 instead of from the date of filing of the claim application.

5. Accordingly, the order dtd.14.03.2022 is modified to the extent that the rate of interest will be payable from the date of application i.e. 28.07.2004 till its payment.

6. The direction to pay the amount within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of order, is extended by another eight (8) weeks from today.

7. I.A. is disposed of.
