Considering the submission of Mr.Das, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and looking to the nature of grievance involved herein, this Court finds neither the Tahasildar nor the SubCollector can come to the rescue of the petitioners. Petitioners have to find legal course to remedy out the process, if any. In the process this Court finds no writ petition in this nature is permissible in law. If so advised, petitioners may undertake the due legal course. 2.
