The aforesaid I.A. has been moved seeking modification of the final order dated 12.09.2022. It is claimed that the incidence of payment of consent fee would be at the stage of permitting the transfer of the ownership of the secured asset to the prospective auction purchaser and not at the initial stage of grant of permission by the Government to sell the Lease Hold Rights of the defaulting loanee in the secured asset.
