This writ petition has been filed assailing the order dated 21st June, 2022 (Annexure-20) passed by the Director of Handicrafts-cum-Additional Registrar of Cooperative Societies, Odisha, Bhubaneswar in Dispute Case No.01 of 2020. 3.

Ms. Nayak, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that since the order impugned herein is appealable one, the Petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition to enable her to file a statutory appeal. She further submits that a direction may be made to consider the delay in filing the appeal liberally.

Taking into consideration the submission made by learned counsel for the Petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with an observation that if the Petitioner files an appeal within a period of two weeks hence, the appellate Authority may consider the petition for condonation of delay in

// 2 // filing the appeal liberally keeping in mind that the pendency of this writ petition before this Court from 20th July, 2022 till date along with other grounds.
