The Petitioner in this writ petition prays for a direction to the Tahasildar, Surada to conclude the Alienation Case No.01 of 2019 in respect of Plot Nos. 631 and 633 under Khata No. 690 in mouza Hukuma under Surada Tahasil in the district of Ganjam by taking into consideration the recommendation made under Annexure-5. 3.

A counter affidavit has been filed by the Tahasildar, SuradaOpposite Party No.4 enclosing his Letter No.572 dated 11th February, 2021 addressed to the Assistant Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Aska Circle, Aska, which has been annexed to the counter affidavit as Annexure-F/4, wherein it has been stated that Alienation Case No.1 of 2016 was dropped. Since the subject matter of dispute was disposal of Alienation Case No. 1 of 2019 pending before the Tahasildar, Surada, this Court vide order dated 7th March, 2022 directed learned State Counsel to take instruction with regard to the status of Misc. Case (Alienation) No.01 of 2019.

Mr. Mishra, learned Additional Standing Counsel on receiving written instruction submits that Misc. Case (Alienation) No.1 of 2019 in respect of Plot Nos.631 and 633 under Khata No.690 of village Hukuma under Surada Tahasil has already been dropped by the Tahasildar, Surada.

In that view of the matter, nothing remains to be adjudicated in this writ petition, which is accordingly disposed of as infructuous. 6.

A copy of the order disposing of Misc. Case (Alienation) No.1 of 2019 shall be communicated by the Tahasildar, Surada to the Petitioner forthwith.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
