Dr. Ranjit, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, his client is a Non Government Organization (NGO). A hostel premises belonging to it has been taken over by the administration. His client made several representations, lastly on 8th December, 2021 to the Collector. Prayer in the writ petition is for direction upon the authority to dispose of said representation. 2.
Mr. Sharma, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of State and submits, the representation will be duly dealt with.

Opposite party no.4 is directed to consider and deal with representation dated 8th December, 2021 made by petitioner to the
// 2 // office. Either the premises is to be handed back to petitioner or reasons informed to it on denial of the claim. This must be done within three weeks of communication.
