Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

Petitioner has a clear statutory remedy of appeal involving the proceeding at Annexure-2 also involving a direction in Annexure-3. Prayer is made by Mr.Das, learned counsel for the Petitioner for withdrawal of the Writ Petition to avail the remedy of Appeal. In the event the Petitioner prefers appeal within a period of two weeks, the Appeal shall be entertained and disposed of in accordance with law. 3.
Considering the prayer for interim protection at least till decision of the appellate authority, this Court observes in the event Petitioner files an interim application along with the appeal within the time indicated hereinabove, the same shall be considered and disposed of at least within a period of four weeks from the date of filing. Till decision is taken on interim application of the Petitioner, there shall be
