Mr. Chhotray, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and presses for hearing and order. None appears on behalf of opposite party though the track report confirms delivery of postal article on 2nd August, 2022.

The bank is directed to consider and deal with petitioner's representation dated 10th July, 2022 and re-schedule installment repayments on the loan. It is recorded that by impugned communication dated 14th March, 2022, Rs.64,420/- was demanded. Said demand should not be basis of consideration by the bank. Petitioner will produce this order for consideration of said representation dated 10th July, 2022, to the bank on or before 5th September, 2022. The bank will thereupon deal with and inform petitioner, result of the consideration within two weeks thereafter. The interim order of status-quo in respect of vehicle no.OD13 D 5775 will

continue till 15th October, 2022. This extended time is directed to cover consideration of the representation as well as intervening vacation of Court. 3.

The writ petition is disposed of.
