Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for Order No.

Petitioners and since the Petitioners have not filed any application for settlement of the disputed property in question, this Court permits the Petitioners to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file an appropriate application on the selfsame issue before the competent authority.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn, but with liberty as prayed for.
