This is an application for extension of time for surrender visa-vis order dated 25th August, 2022 passed in CRLMC No. 1987 of 2022.

By the above order dated 25th August, 2022, this Court had directed the petitioner to surrender before the learned court below in Special (POCSO) Case No. 20 of 2020 but he could not do so. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the time may be extended in order to enable the petitioner to surrender in compliance of the Court's order dated 25th August, 2022. 3.

For the reason stated, I.A. stands allowed.

Consequently, the petitioner is now directed to surrender before the court of learned Additional Sessions Jude-cum-Special Judge, Angul on or before 15th December, 2022 in connection with Special (POCSO) Case No. 20 of 2020 and in the event he surrenders, the court shall release him on bail with conditions as has

already been directed by this Court while disposing of the CRLMC No. 1987 of 2022.
