1. The Petitioners' representation dated 22nd September, 2021 be examined by the Collector, Puri. After notice to the Petitioners and giving them an opportunity of hearing, a reasoned order shall be passed thereon by the Collector, Puri not later than 28th November, 2022 and the said order be communicated to the Petitioners within a week thereafter.
