This RPFAM has been filed assailing the order dated 9th August, 2018 (Annexure-4) passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Bhubaneswar in CRP No.41 of 2015, whereby the Petitioner has been directed to pay Rs.56,300/- to the Opposite Party towards school educational expenses of their minor son. 3.

In course of hearing, Mr. Sarangi, learned counsel for the Petitioner by filing a memo prays for withdrawal of the RPFAM. 4.
